CI Travel is a Naples, Florida based travel company founded by Richard and Barbara O’Leary in 1994.
Richard began his love affair with cruises and travel in 1972 when he started this company in Norfolk, Virginia. It is now in 12 states and is the 43rd largest Travel Company in the U.S. Seven years ago Richard executed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). CI Travel is now wholly owned by the employees.
